Sole Full of Rhythm is delighted to announce its program for the 2015-2016 term, beginning with in-studio event Tap Into the Rhythm and building to its springtime showcase at the Riverside Arts Center, Arts Thing 2016.

Tap Into the Rhythm is an exciting fundraising event that provides a sneak peak for the company’s upcoming show. Company members Audrey Slough, Connie Jo Ferguson, Griffen Walton, Arden Siegel, Eve Zikmund-Fisher, and Rachael Goldberg will accompany Artistic Director Sara Randazzo and select company apprentices. Audience members will enjoy live music, improvisation, and excerpts from the company’s newest repertoire.

The suggested donation is $10. For more information, call (734) 477-9350, email solefullofrhythm@me.com, or visit their website at www.solefullofrhythm.dance.

Established in 1996, Sole Full of Rhythm presents shows and educational programming for organizations and schools across the Midwest. The troupe has also toured festivals throughout Michigan, thrilling audiences with spellbinding exhibitions of that unique American art form, Tap.

Sole Full of Rhythm’s mission includes educating students, creating new choreography for the concert stage, preserving traditional material passed on by the tap masters, and incorporating improvisation and live music into performance as in the jazz tradition. The company’s three divisions – Professional, Student and Apprentice – gives an opportunity to study and perform to all who have a passion for tap.
